The main locations are the UK, US, and Singapore.Informa is a FTSE 100 company with offices in over 20 countries and approximately 6,500 employees worldwide.Job DescriptionReporting to the Finance SSC - Shared Service Center Leader Latam, this role manages the day-to-day operations of the O2C team, overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle. Each Finance Manager handles specific divisional deliverables or multiple divisions.The role requires strategic leadership to optimize cash flow, standardize processes, and implement technological solutions that improve efficiency. It focuses on revenue recognition, collections, customer service, and compliance with regional regulations and policies.The O2C Finance Manager will lead teams, develop high performers, and implement change management to ensure high-value customer service that maximizes revenue and collection efficiency in Latin America. Responsibilities include:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute O2C strategies aligned with organizational goals and GFSS initiativesMonitor and improve KPIs such as DSO, bad debt percentage, collection effectiveness, and cash conversion cycleDrive cash flow and working capital optimizationLead digital transformation, automation, and AI/ML initiativesStandardize O2C processes regionally in line with global standardsSupport team technical issues and complex customer service mattersOperational ManagementManage end-to-end O2C processes: order management, billing, collections, cash application, customer serviceEnsure revenue recognition accuracy and timelinessOversee month-end close activities and internal controlsDevelop credit policies and risk assessment protocolsDevelop business continuity plansHandle complex disputes and deductionsLead reconciliation processes ensuring financial integritySupport financial team during events and demandsFinancial OversightAnalyze O2C metrics for trends and risksPrepare performance dashboards and improvement actionsEnsure statutory and regulatory deadlines are metCoordinate with auditors and flag control risks or fraudLead special projects and process/system testingCross-functional CollaborationAlign with CFOs, Group Finance, and GPOs on service deliveryPartner with sales and marketing teams for alignmentBuild relationships with key customers and third-party providersSupport M&A integration activities and issue escalationTechnology LeadershipDrive automation and process improvementsCollaborate with IT on system implementation and optimizationLead technology adoption to enhance O2C functionsEnsure effective use of Oracle ERP and other systemsPeople ManagementBuild and develop high-performing teamsManage workload distribution and performance evaluationsIdentify training needs and foster diversity and inclusionImplement succession planning and mentorshipPromote open communication and innovation cultureQualificationsSkills & Abilities:People management and team development skillsLeadership in Customer Service and O2C environmentsExcellent communication and cross-cultural skillsProcess and system improvement expertiseLanguages: English (Advanced), Spanish (Intermediate/Advanced)Problem-solving and proactive initiativeSystem proficiency, integrity, organization, change management, presentation, and influencing skillsKnowledge & Qualifications:Deep understanding of O2C processes, best practices, and technologyOracle ERP knowledge (preferred)Leadership, coaching, and development expertiseRelevant qualifications and continuous professional developmentAt least 7 years in O2C, with 5+ in leadership; continuous improvement methodologies preferredAdditional InformationWhat We Offer includes:Brazilian CLT employment, benefits, profit sharing, support programs, day off on birthday, training, home office allowance, and workplace amenitiesWe encourage applications from candidates who meet most requirements and are excited to join us.
