Agile Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to lead our organization in its digital transformation journey. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Scrum and Agile methodologies across various projects.
* Develop and implement Scrum and Agile frameworks to enhance project delivery and team efficiency;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute agile transformation strategies;
* Provide training and coaching to teams on Scrum and Agile principles and practices;
The ideal candidate should possess:
* Advanced proficiency in English language skills;
* Certification in Scrum Master or related field is highly desirable but not mandatory;
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Transformation Specialist;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders;
* Strong knowledge of Jira and other project management tools;
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly;
