Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Senior Learning Development Specialist to support the establishment of our newly formed Talent Development function. In this role, you will embrace a customer-centric, pragmatic approach, laser-focused on delivering maximum impact through the simplest, highest-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deeply collaborate with leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth.
* Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.
* Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
* Continuously refine materials for relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Experienced leveraging LMS systems like Docebo, e-learning platforms, intranet solutions, and instructional design tools like Articulate to deliver impactful learning experiences.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach to building relationships and delivering outstanding service to stakeholders.
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance learning solutions.
