This role involves working closely with brand clients, ensuring campaign success, and identifying growth opportunities across the digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for key brand clients Ensure smooth execution of influencer and digital campaigns Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights Build long-term relationships and support client growth strategies Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy and deliverables Drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities Keep CRM systems updated with client interactions and forecasts Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success in marketing, media, or tech agencies Strong grasp of influencer marketing, digital media, and social trends Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling multiple projects across diverse industries Fluent in English and Portuguese Self-starter with collaborative mindset
