Key SAP Technical Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead key end-to-end SAP technical activities, coordinating with leadership and project management office (PMO), guiding the project team's efforts to successfully deploy a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more)
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies
