About the Team/Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to oversee the intake, prioritization, and flow of work across our in-house creative agency and its stakeholders. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, this role ensures visibility, consistency, and timely delivery of creative assets across the globe. You will manage the entirety of the project workflow from request to delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. You will also take on project management responsibilities for larger, multi-asset campaigns and help maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum from kickoff through completion. This role requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at one time.
How you'll make an impact
Creative Workflow and Trafficking
* Manage and route all incoming creative requests, ensuring creative briefs include all required details, assets, context, and specifications.
* Prioritize and assign projects based on complexity, capacity, and deadlines.
* Maintain visibility into each project's status to proactively communicate risks and/or dealsCoordinate reviews and approvals and ensure all assets are accurate, approved, and ready for delivery.
* Maintain accuracy around file formats, specifications, naming conventions, and delivery requirements.
* Troubleshoot workflow issues and support smooth project movement.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
* Serve as the primary contact for questions about project updates,, workflow, or timelines.
* Partner with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Project Managers, Brand, Marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to align priorities.
* Facilitate a clear, timely, and efficient communication flow to keep all stakeholders informed.
* Organize and support creative review sessions, prepare assets for review, and organize feedback.
Project Management for Larger or Complex Initiatives
* Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
* Track budgets, hours, and deliverables to ensure alignment with agreed-upon scope
* Coordinate resources across creative teams and identify where support or adjustments may be needed.
* Ensure deliverables meet requirements and align with brand standards.
* Prepare reports for creative output, resource utilization, project status, and additional performance metrics.
Process Improvement and Documentation
* Maintain creative operations procedures and playbooks. Partner with leadership to identify and implement workflow improvements.

Experience you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, design management, or a related field.
* Experience in creative operations, traffic management, or project coordination in an agency or in-house environment.
* Strong understanding of creative processes and multi-channel asset production.
* Experience with project management systems such as, Asana, Workfront, or Jira.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote work environments.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving.
* Experience supporting an in-house creative or marketing team.
* Familiarity with design, copy, and production workflows.
* Experience improving processes or implementing workflow systems.
