This Clinical Project Manager for Vaccines in Latin America will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of clinical projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Ensure strong understanding of regional and local regulations; implement compliant protocols across regions.
* Develop project timelines, manage risks, resources, and milestones; build cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
* Oversee forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control to deliver results within scope, time, and budget.
* Lead cross-functional teams (Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG) to foster collaboration and accountability.
* Communicate complex requirements clearly with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders; translate into actionable steps.
* Anticipate issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to regulatory or operational changes.
