Start ASAP.Job DescriptionAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden, and by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants. We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team that focuses on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and self-motivated.Resilient, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing goals.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsFull timeLong-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
