Senior Associate Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our capital markets accounting advisory services team. As a senior associate, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics.
Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues surrounding deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation's value.
* Utilize critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
* Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
* Ensure adherence to professional and technical standards, codes of conduct, and independence requirements.
