You will drive operational excellence within our fast-growing Investor Services business by coordinating, facilitating and managing on-boarding activities that are critical to achieving success for both our customers and Carta within a tight deadline.Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients by on-boarding them onto Carta – i.e., implementation of client’s limited partners list, investments, capitalization table and securitiesExtract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to CartaAnalyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the on-boarding processLiaise between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementationCoordinate and manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects by continually communicating with and motivating clientsContinuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding processWork closely with product and engineering to improve the on-boarding experience for customersThe Impact You’ll HaveYou’ll play a critical role in the transformation of the financial services industry through partnering with our new clients and helping them implement our software. If you are located in New York, New York, our minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $81,000 - $85,000 (if applicable, + commission).
