Drive Digital Success as a High-Performing Marketing Manager

We are seeking an exceptional digital marketing manager to drive high-quality lead generation through strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts.

This role demands deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns.

You will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms based on key performance indicators (KPIs), while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to achieve qualified lead generation goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads, ensure accurate CRM data integration, and enable effective tracking for conversion optimization.

Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, product images, videos, and presentation decks, to elevate brand perception and drive audience engagement.

Create website content, including landing pages and product listings, while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements across the company website and partner platforms to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Manage and utilize BTSQ's image library for polished, on-brand visuals, and stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.

They will be proficient in WordPress and landing page builders, solidly understand SEO tools and analytics and tracking tools, and have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and highly organized approach will be essential for success in this role.


Salary: USD 1,500/month
