Position brief

The logistics manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and delivery operations for the Brazil subsidiary. The position ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, and full compliance with internal controls and external regulations to guarantee accurate inventory levels and timely product delivery to customers.
Your responsibilities
Manage the warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring accurate warehouse inventory records, timely local deliveries, smooth customs clearance, and secure business operations to meet customer delivery requirements.
Assist in supplier certification, on-site management, and procurement to ensure the implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
Identify delivery risks and exceptions, and drive resolution and improvement; regularly report delivery and inventory status to the sales team.
Timely verification and reimbursement of logistics expenses, along with cost analysis and improvement suggestions.
Requirement for the position

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related areas.
Postgraduate specialization (MBA, Logistics, Operations) is considered an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related roles. Strong experience managing outsourced warehouse partners and last-mile delivery providers.
Hands-on involvement in inventory control, import logistics, and customs processes. Previous experience in consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or high-volume product categories is an advantage.
Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus
