Operations Analyst Position
We're seeking a skilled Operations Analytics Specialist to deliver high-value insights. This role involves collaborating closely with teams across various functions, including inventory management, logistics, retail, and customer service. You will work in partnership with technology and finance stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
* Analyze key operational efficiency metrics to inform strategic decisions.
* Design, implement, and report on data-driven initiatives throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows.
* Provide regular reporting and product health metrics to support informed decision-making.
* Effectively communicate insights to partner teams and leadership.
* Collaborate with operations analysts to optimize processes and identify opportunities for growth.
This role requires an experienced analyst who can translate complex business problems into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of analytics experience, expert-level proficiency in SQL, and experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
* 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related field
* Expert-level proficiency in SQL
* Experience working with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker)
