Agile Delivery Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) teams.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos and retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong eCommerce domain expertise with 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery and 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
You will partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories and define sprint goals. Your strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and scaling frameworks including SAFe will be key in managing dependencies and improving velocity predictability. You are proficient in tools like Jira (boards, filters,dashboards), Confluence (documentation)and CI/CD awareness including Git,Jenkins,GitHub Actions,Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities include managing SFCC B2C implementation,migration,and enhancement projects end-to-end.Define scope objectives timelines and deliverables aligned with business goals.Develop project plans,budgets,and resource allocation strategies,Monitor progress manage risks ensure quality timeline adherence Work closely with developers architects QA UX/UI teams third-party vendors Ensure SFCC best practices across development integrations Provide clear timely status reporting Partner stakeholders coordinate cross-team dependencies Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP reducing blockers Foster culture psychological safety accountability outcome-driven delivery Lead retrospectives ensure measurable outcomes follow-through Provide coaching on SAFe practices Retrospective facilitation enables continuous improvement identity impediments Remove impediments through efficient workflows Manage integrations OMS payment gateways CRM enterprise systems Work together cross-functional teams technical oversight Improving agility teamwork efficiency,
