Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
This is a highly responsible role that involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of existing clients within the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
* In Charge of Existing Clients
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Upselling and Cross-Selling Opportunities
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Industry Trends and Market Insights
Qualifications - Position Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
