The IT Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for tracking and escalating risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions. Additionally, they will maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams.
This position requires at least 3 to 5 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments, as well as proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
