Job Description:

You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced analytical models to solve complex business problems, uncover insights from large datasets, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
* Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Analyze organizational structures, roles, and reporting lines
* Develop workforce sizing models based on activity drivers, volumes, and productivity assumptions
Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in strategy/management consulting (familiarity with business cases)
* Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)
* Experience with organizational restructuring
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
