About the Role

Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, metrics/KPIs reporting and analysis, and business partnering for LATAM Sales.
Key Impact Areas
* Finance: Ensure Opex and HC management for Sales aligns with Plan and targets, ensuring adherence to established goals.
* Drive accurate forecasting and consolidation processes, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
* Analyze budget vs. actuals data, highlighting meaningful trends and variances to inform strategic initiatives.
* Maintain strong relationships with business partners, Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and G&A functions, ensuring alignment on key objectives.
* Support Sales organization in meeting compliance and statutory obligations, promoting a culture of regulatory excellence.
* Develop and lead a world-class Finance team through hiring, mentorship, and professional development, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Deliverables
* Create comprehensive reports and predictive financial models to inform Sales team productivity, program analysis & performance, and bookings projections.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed business decisions.
* Evaluate new go-to-market initiatives, assessing financial impact, viability, and potential return on investment.
* Analyze pipeline health, customer analytics, program performance, discounting, and bookings projections, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
* Provide expert-level support to Sales organization, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Suite skills, and experience with data, CRM, Planning, and ERP systems.
* Collaborate across the organization to improve processes and procedures, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred, with 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong record of achievement, with a desire for increased responsibilities and leadership roles.
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Power BI, Tableau, and experience with data, CRM, Planning, and ERP systems.
* Experience as a people manager, responsible for hiring, team development, and leadership.
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to analyze large datasets.
* Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Desirable experience working in high-tech organizations and interacting with Sales teams.
