Senior Paid Media Specialist Job Description
As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. Your goal will be to optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making.
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics to drive profitability.
* Creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
* Competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
* Reporting & insights generation using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center.
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus).
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads.
* Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
* Experience with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable)
