Your Impact
Develop new systems, components, integrations, and cost reduction initiatives for tractor platforms while ensuring technical quality and meeting project timelines/budgets.
Maintain cross functional collaboration with customer, manufacturing, quality, sales, aftersales, and marketing teams.
Prepare production release documentation, support prototype acquisition/assembly, and ensure accurate and updated product BOMs.
Define and support virtual, lab, and field testing at part, system, and vehicle levels; deliver reports and progress updates.
Address queries, suggestions, and complaints from internal and external customers, taking appropriate corrective actions.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Agricultural Engineering;
English language is required to reading and writing with proficiency, and able to participate in meetings, understanding the main points and being able to communicate effectively.
3-5 years of experience in Product Development; knowledge of Agricultural Machinery is desirable; good planning and organizing skills.
Knowledge in CAD (3D, 2D); BOM development and management; Quality System ISO 9000 or similar.
