About The Role
The Management Trainee will begin a learning journey to understand the operations and production of the Van Hessen group. The program is an immersion in all stages of the group's business designed to develop challenging and distinguished employees, who understand how and why decisions are made, and what the impacts of these are. The program focuses on training the trainee to become a problem solver and decision maker, to later occupy a key position within the Van Hessen group.
Responsibilities
* Understand processes full cycle and be able to carry them out, understand how and why they are done.
* Be able to obtain necessary information, analyse information and problems to build reports with conclusions and recommendations.
* Implement tests, measure results, draw conclusions in projects you are involved in.
About You
* Graduate-level education.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in industry.
* English skills (advanced level); Brazilian Portuguese essential.
* Skills in precision, analysis, problem-solving, perseverance, and ownership.
* Availability for business trips.
* Availability for relocations nationally and internationally.
In addition, the Management Trainee should be someone curious who will ask questions and develop new ideas, communicate well and have the ambition to succeed in this successful international business.
