This is a pivotal role in building and evolving ServiceNow as the 'IT ERP' for a modern, integrated IT landscape. As a technical expert, you will play a key part in taking hands-on architectural decisions, guiding external partners in development and application management, and contributing directly to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
