Job Overview:This role oversees the strategic development and execution of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple sites in Brazil and Argentina.Key Responsibilities:Align EHS strategies with organizational goals to minimize incidents.Maintain accurate and timely reporting.Ensure introduction timelines are met and actions closed across all plants.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.Seven years of experience in EHS program management and employee training.Preferred Skills:Effective communication and writing skills in English.Ability to convey information at multiple levels.Strong team-building skills.Organizational skills including project management and tracking.Working knowledge of cross-functional EHS disciplines.Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, etc.).Leadership and Influence.Problem-Solving and Analytical Mindset.Communication Skills.Adaptability and Resilience.Driving for Results.
