Role Overview
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating various events that drive the ART forward.
* Coordinate PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure seamless execution.
* Manage the program-level calendar to maintain a consistent cadence.
* Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to drive results.
In addition, you will provide coaching and mentoring to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Coach teams in lean-agile methodologies.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key responsibilities include identifying, tracking, and resolving impediments and risks, as well as optimizing the flow of value across the ART.
* Identify and track impediments and risks, working to resolve them efficiently.
* Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus, while knowledge of JIRA is essential for this role.
Effective stakeholder communication is crucial to ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders.
