About the RoleAs a strategic Facilities Operations Leader, you will oversee all facilities operations across corporate offices, R&D labs, manufacturing plant, and distribution center ensuring safe efficient compliant and cost-effective infrastructure.You will drive operational excellence through strong vendor management robust maintenance programs and continuous improvement.This role serves as key connection between local operations and global standards for EHS engineering and sustainability.Safety Management: Ensure safe work environment by promoting strong safety culture and full compliance with legal requirements company HSE policies and global corporate standards.Infrastructure Reliability: Guarantee integrity reliability and availability of all facilities infrastructure including utilities HVAC electrical systems water treatment fire protection building automation and critical assets.Team Leadership: Lead develop and oversee internal and outsourced teams maintenance cleaning security reception gardening cafeteria and services.Maintenance Management: Manage preventive corrective and predictive maintenance programs ensuring uptime and operational continuity for office R&D labs manufacturing and distribution center.Facilities Services: Oversee facilities services to ensure high service levels cost efficiency and adherence to SLAs.Sustainability and Energy Efficiency: Lead improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency sustainability waste reduction and operational performance.Certifications and Compliance: Ensure compliance with certifications internal audits external audits and global standards ISO GMP where applicable.Space Planning and Workplace Strategy: Oversee space planning workplace strategy building layout updates and occupancy optimization.Project Management: Manage construction projects renovations expansions and infrastructure modifications from planning to delivery ensuring alignment with governance.Incident Management and Emergency Response: Coordinate incident management emergency response plans fire brigade activities and building security protocols.Facilities KPIs: Monitor and manage facilities KPIs identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.Budget Management: Manage Opex and Capex budgets ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial targets.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders manufacturing R&D supply chain HR IT security finance to ensure seamless and compliant operations.Vendor Management Excellence: Ensure vendor management excellence including contract negotiation performance monitoring compliance and continuous improvement.
