Drive Business Growth as a Regional Sales Manager
About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will spearhead business expansion across Latin America by marketing nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. Key responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing territory plans, presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends.
1. Manage and grow key accounts across Latin America, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify untapped markets and protect market share.
6. Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within Latin America.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is an asset.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management skills.
• Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across Latin America as required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (ZOHO preferred).
