Senior Scientific Content Developer
We are seeking highly skilled Subject Matter Experts in Biological & Biomedical Sciences and Chemistry to contribute to the development of our AI/ML model training content.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will leverage your scientific expertise to create high-quality, domain-specific content that enhances AI reasoning and knowledge representation in life sciences and chemical sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Development:
o Create scientifically accurate datasets in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Cell and Developmental Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Toxicology, and Chemical Engineering.
* AI Model Evaluation & Refinement:
o Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and compliance with scientific standards.
o Identify and correct conceptual errors or dataset biases.
* Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:
o Work with AI engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance.
o Support the creation of testing datasets for Large Language Models in biomedical and chemical domains.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Masters, PhD, or equivalent degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong background in laboratory research, computational modeling, bioinformatics, or chemical analysis.
* Proven experience in scientific writing, peer-reviewed publication, or technical documentation.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical research guidelines.
Selected candidates must complete an English Language Assessment.
