Business Analyst Job Description
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Assisting in the evaluation process of client business requirements and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue
- Participating in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally for sign-off
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or related field
- Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
- Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
- Experience in requirements gathering, technical design and technical presentation
- Advanced English level for speaking, listening and writing
