Recruitment Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our social app business unit as a Recruitment Specialist for agencies and hosts. As a key member, you will be responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts, assisting in translation, and leveraging your sales-oriented mindset to drive growth.
About You
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
* At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management
* Excellent communication skills with a patient approach
* Sales-oriented mindset with integrity and goal-orientation
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month)
* Assist in translating events and product features (English to Portuguese)
