Building a diverse network of industry influencers, community partners, and prospective clients will be a key part of your strategy.
You'll also play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, while ensuring customer commitments are met through active partnership with operations.
Additionally, you'll support the RFP team to drive successful outcomes and invest in your own professional development.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferredDemonstrated understanding of building and maintaining a book of businessMinimum of 5 years of solution-based selling experienceMinimum of 4 years experience managing a sales team or similar internal leadership experienceHistory of building and leading a team of sales professionalsProven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business partnershipsConsistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goalsResponsible for coaching, feedback and development plans including departmental cross trainingResponsible for performance/pay reviews and identifying key performers and underperformersThe salary for this role is between $140,000 and $160,000.
