If you enjoy testing landing pages and finding the winning formula that drives conversions, this role is for you.What you'll do:- Build and iterate on landing pages (WordPress + Elementor), testing buttons, hero texts, CTAs, and layouts.- Run A/B tests & experiments to improve conversion rates continuously.- Track, analyze, and report performance using CRO tools.What we're looking for:- Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.- An analytical marketing mindset while being quick to iterate on ideas.- Creative problem solver who thrives on experimentation and iteration.- Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor.Nice to have:- SEO basics- Basic HTML/CSS- Understanding of UI/UX principles for better user journeys.- This is a remote position.- Must be able to work between (9AM-6PM EST)- Professional English Proficiency is a must.- Hiring interviews will be conducted online.
