**Senior Manager, Brand**:

- FIFA has established a Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil to work together with FIFA Zurich to deliver the biggest women’s sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 (“FWWC2027”) that for the first time ever, is hosted in South America in Brazil. Now is your time to be part of the workforce that is creating this unique and unforgettable experience.

**THE POSITION**:

- The **Senior Brand Manager** at FWWC27 LTDA, which is FIFA’s Brazilian subsidiary responsible for the delivery of FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 Brazil (TM), will be tasked to guide and implement and localize brand plans in line with the Tournament Brand Strategy strategy. This role is critical to the success of the first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup to be held in South America with a vision to unite the world through an unprecedented experience that celebrates and elevates women’s football.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an extension to the Brand team based in Zurich with dual reporting lines, for being a key representative to all Brand, Tournament matters.
- Drive and support the strategic and project management of brand localization and implementation.
- Partners closely with internal stakeholders, and local organising partners to create distinctive brand platforms that are insight-driven, future-focused, and aligned with FIFA’s overarching identity system.
- Leads on the ground the tournament brand implementation plan in close collaboration with tournament project teams and local organizing/hosting stakeholders.
- Respective of process and timelines, from brief to execution.
- Respective over communication within the Brand and Marketing department and outside _ for all Brand Tournament related matters.
- Develops locally relevant promotional material inline with Brand central guidance.
- Leads the implementation on the ground of event dressing
- Safeguards and evolves FIFA’s brand equity across internal and external partners, ensuring strategic alignment, creative integrity, and cross-functional execution excellence throughout the brand lifecycle.
- Manages the delivery of brand tournament related assets (including marks, look & feel, mascots, trophies), printed/digital materials, and brand manuals to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Important : Partners with the internal creative studio and external agencies to develop the assets.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education & Qualifications**
- University degree, Masters or equivalent in Marketing or Business
- Experience in a global brand marketing function, preferred Sports Events or Entertainment
- Proven experience leading brand development and strategic planning process
- Demonstrated experience in leading go-to-market /360 launch plans
- Football experience a strong plus

**Competencies and personality**
- Mandatory previous experience in similar Brand role. Strong understanding of Brand Management framework and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of sports events.
- Strong understanding of design
- Business driven with strong analytical skills
- Goal oriented and result-driven, strong decision making skills
- Has a sense of creativity and aesthetic sensitivity
- Well-structured and great organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal skills, able to present strategy and concept to partners and management

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Right to work in Brazil
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
