Overview
Pixels-360 is seeking a fully remote senior full-stack engineer to join our Engineering team. This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you’ll build and ship high-quality websites and web applications end-to-end.
You’ll work across the stack, from polishing user interfaces to designing the backend systems that support them. You'll also help simplify workflows and improve how we deliver software. There’s also room to explore AI-driven features where they add real value.
What You’ll Do
* Build and ship full-stack features using Next.Js
* Develop clean, scalable frontend components with React
* Design and implement APIs and backend services
* Ensure responsive, performant, and user-friendly applications
* Own features from concept to production with minimal oversight
* Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality
* Collaborate with a distributed, international team
* Contribute to technical decisions, documentation, and workflow improvements
* Mentor other engineers and support team growth
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
* 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
* Strong experience with Next.Js and React
* Solid understanding of API design, databases, and system design fundamentals
* Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development practices
* Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
* Ability to take ownership and deliver independently
Nice to Have
* Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (e.G., APIs from OpenAI)
* Familiarity with tools like LangChain or similar
* Experience with performance optimization and scalability
* Experience building internal tools or improving engineering workflows
