Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and develop strategic account plans.
About the Role
* Responsible for managing existing clients across various channels, including API wholesale online, API retail offline, and web shopping accounts within a designated territory.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and maintain successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
