Track 1:
Credit Finance Technology
Responsibilities
- Design and execute competitive business models for credit technology solutions, focusing on risk management, profitability, and scalable growth.
- Lead negotiations with banks, fintechs, e-commerce platforms, and data providers to establish long-term commercial partnerships.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities, build entry barriers, and optimize ROI for credit-related products.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, product, and R&D teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor post-implementation performance, optimizing user engagement, conversion rates, and client retention to maximize business value.
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and data security requirements to develop localized credit solutions for the Brazilian market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field;
credit business background is mandatory.
- Proven experience in banking, fintech, or payment industries, with deep knowledge of credit operations (risk management, P&L, product development).
- Strong expertise in partner development, commercial negotiations, and contract execution, with a track record of building industry relationships.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills;
ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Native-level Portuguese and fluent English;
adaptability to work across time zones in international teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS models, data products, and digital credit platforms is a plus.
Track 2:
Financial Institutions (FI) Partnerships
Responsibilities
- Expand and manage relationships with local/regional/international payment facilitators (gateways, third-party providers, card schemes, banks, OTC channels).
- Collaborate with Brazilian banks and global financial institutions to enhance service capabilities in fund settlement, FX, liquidity management, and cross-border solutions.
- Strengthen engagement with regulatory bodies to promote inclusive financing and ensure compliance with local payment and cross-border fund flow regulations.
- Participate in cross-company projects to coordinate FI partnerships, aligning with global financial inclusion initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new payment channel opportunities and optimize partnership strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in payment industry or FI partnership management, with demonstrated knowledge of Brazilian payment ecosystems.
- Prior work in third-party payment companies, e-commerce platforms, or bank payment departments (merchant acquiring, channel management) is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of local regulations governing payment services, cross-border transactions, and financial compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese;
ability to communicate effectively with global and local stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and adaptability to fast-paced, cross-functional environments with frequent travel to Latin America and China.
