Regional Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive business growth across Latin America.
Job Summary:
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers and build strong relationships with key accounts.
* Collaborate closely with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to align on product offerings and market strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of the nutraceutical industry and its applications.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close sales across multiple countries.
* Fluent Portuguese and Spanish language skills; English is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
