1. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in developing and supporting applications that utilize Microsoft Access.
2. A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in MS Access, SQL, and MS Access Forms is required.
3. Additionally, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in HTML.
Candidates should also be familiar with SDLC methodology (Waterfall and Agile), JIRA, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The ability to work in the Central Standard Time (CST) timezone is essential.
