* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and work to expand our footprint.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare and present regular business reviews to key accounts, showcasing performance metrics and growth opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* A postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus.
* Advanced/fluent English is mandatory.
* Over 10 years of experience in the position in this segment.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Previous experience working at telecommunications company is desirable.
