Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to spearhead client relationships and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with teams and clients to maintain clear and consistent communication, fostering strong connections that drive results.
* Lead discussions on campaign results, strategies, and tasks, conducting meetings in English to align with client expectations.
* Take ownership of client satisfaction, working proactively to ensure their campaigns exceed expectations.
* Support media buyers with essential tools and resources, ensuring clients achieve triumphs.
* Create a positive relationship with clients to grow their portfolio through upsells.
* Earn client retention by delivering exceptional service, guaranteeing long-term partnerships.

About You:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Detailed understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
* At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in agencies, demonstrating customer satisfaction and experience working with multiple accounts.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environments, ensuring timely client needs.
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, capable of leading client meetings and discussions.
