 
        
        Job Title: Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to act as a strategic liaison between our organization and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, HR roles with a focus on recruitment, and proven experience in client-facing positions.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Provide high-quality recruitment services to clients, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and other key decision-makers, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
 * Present insights, updates, and reports to leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
 * A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is desired.
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
