Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess solid ITSM and platform administration experience, with expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
This role involves developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules, performing platform administration tasks, assisting with integrations and customizations, collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders, participating in testing and deployment activities, and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders, and must be able to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* ServiceNow Development Experience: 3-5 years of experience with ITSM focus
* Platform Administration and Configuration: Experience with user management, roles, and permissions
* Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
* ITIL Processes and Best Practices: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Relationship Building: Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
