Job Description
This position is responsible for delivering and continuously improving business applications and processes.
The ideal candidate will provide both functional and technical expertise and direction as it relates to Manufacturing business systems and processes.
* Provide support and guidance to manufacturing personnel, including engineers, planners, managers, technicians, inspectors, and assemblers.
* Support business processes in North America and around the globe.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Business requirements gathering and analysis.
* Deployment and sustaining support of business applications.
* Project management, including organizing and leading projects of varying scope and complexity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Experience with Oracle applications, including INV, BOM, WIP, MRP, PO, OM, QA, and ALR.
* Supply chain/material requirements planning experience is preferred.
* Familiarity with relevant database tables and SQL tools is a plus.
* Report development and support experience is desired.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
A background in the Medical or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Skill Set
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a remote work opportunity, requiring 100% remote work with Latin America time zone alignment.
