We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through the implementation of Web and Analytics products (Web/Analytics tags) via 45‑minute phone calls or email, and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues.
Investigate and verify issues in existing implementations together with customers.
Support and teach customers how to implement Google products throughout the entire defined process.
Perform follow‑ups on pending implementation cases.
Handle 7 new cases per day (45 minutes each), manage backlog, reschedule appointments, update case information, and maintain accurate data in the team’s system.
Stay attentive to metrics and deliverables under your responsibility.
Communicate clearly and assertively with customers, colleagues, and leadership to ensure successful implementations.
Deliver high‑quality service, meeting or exceeding expectations and team goals.
Continuously work on developing and improving technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
Fluent Spanish or Portuguese is required. Basic English is a plus for career development.
Intermediate knowledge of HTML and JavaScript (developer mindset).
Strong troubleshooting skills related to web development.
Excellent communication, customer support, and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to adjust to the customer’s technical level.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities due to the team’s complex processes.
Fast learner capable of quickly adapting and engaging in team activities.
Adaptable and flexible; Google’s environment evolves rapidly.
Strong teamwork skills and proactive collaboration.
Familiarity with CMS and e‑commerce platforms (WordPress, Magento, Drupal, Joomla, Shopify) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
Experience managing customers and enterprise accounts.
Experience in Web Development.
Knowledge of backend programming languages.
Experience with CMS or e‑commerce platforms.
