A talented technical recruiter is sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting and a proven track record of placing top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage various sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
