Detailed Job Description:
* Achieve Agile delivery excellence by facilitating effective collaboration among cross-functional teams and promoting a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and outcome-driven delivery.
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals that drive business value.
* Track sprint health metrics (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals) by coordinating with stakeholders across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise including catalog management, checkout flows with payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal integrated via APIs into enterprise systems for seamless transactions.
They should be proficient in agile methodologies including Scrum/Kanban practices like continuous integration using GitFlow/Jenkins Azure DevOps pipelines. Furthermore they must possess solid understanding of SAFe LeSS Nexus frameworks along with key responsibilities such as leading daily stand-ups track capacity & velocity through dashboards foster psychological safety.
