Regional Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Professional to drive growth across LATAM as the primary point of contact for dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
About the Role
* Manage key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop territory plans to capture new business and deliver tailored solutions.
* Presentation skills are essential to clearly articulate benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans to customers.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver product launches and provide technical/product support to customers.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Key Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of sales experience in the nutraceutical industry.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis.
