As a Project Manager for our Interpretation Team, you will play a key role in ensuring client needs are met through effective project management, client communication, and recruitment of specialized language professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects per day
* Interact with clients via email, phone, or WeChat about their needs
* Work with colleagues to ensure client expectations for quality, speed, and cost are met
* Identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project
You will also be responsible for scoping, matchmaking, and executing projects. This includes identifying the best linguist in our community for the client's objective, presenting that linguist's experience in a relevant way for the project, and recruiting new linguists if necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English; fluency in an additional language is a bonus
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed
