Key Video Editor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled video editor to transform raw footage into engaging short-form ads and videos that drive results.
* Craft attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds of video playback.
* Use creative techniques such as kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, and emoji reactions to increase viewer engagement.
* Optimize pacing for various social media platforms and YouTube Shorts.
A/B testing is essential to determine the most effective visual approaches based on performance data.
Post-production excellence involves color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Editorial Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently under deadlines. A strong understanding of video production principles, storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with others are also essential.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud is required. Experience working with social media platforms, particularly Meta and YouTube, is also beneficial.
