The position of Digital Customer Engagement Manager is a key role within our organization.
This contract-based opportunity will last 4-6 months with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will work remotely, committing to a 5-day week schedule.
* Deep understanding of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications is essential.
* Experience in managing SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers is necessary.
* Knowledge of SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar cloud solutions is required.
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network interfaces, and Load Balancer topics is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems quickly are crucial.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is advantageous.

2. Lead the customer engagement team to implement effective customer interaction plans.
