Job Title:
PLM Engineer III
A technical expert in infrastructure related to manufacturing information systems.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, upgrades, installation and documentation of infrastructure related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
* Administration of new and existing technologies including design, documentation, install, configuration, maintenance, integration, and testing.
* Lead collaborative efforts with business customers on hardware, middleware, and application requirements.
* Collaborate with vendors, engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure the integrity of databases, application software and data.
* Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity, health and availability of all systems and key processes.
* Resolve issues, problems and questions on-site assigned from a ticketing system.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with ARAS (PLM tool) and SolidWorks (CAD system)
* Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in a factory or enterprise setting
* Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with PLM
* Technical expertise with PLM systems such as CAD, PDM, ERP, PMO
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a factory environment desirable
* Technical experience with database management & language (SQL, Oracle)
* Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
